This beautiful cabin is located right on the water, and surrounded by woods, making it a great place for a family gathering, unmolested by unwanted visitors. This three-story cabin offers gorgeous views which can be observed both from inside the home, through its large windows, or outside, from one of two spacious decks.
Booking Your Stay: Paying the full total plus tax and a $300 security deposit will secure your reservation.
Payment: Credit Cards, Debit Cards, and PayPal are accepted forms of payment. The invoice we send after sending you the Reservation Confirmation email must be paid within 24 hours after confirming your reservation.
Check-In: 4:00 PM and Check-Out: 10:00 AM
Smoking: No smoking inside the cabin.
Cancellations and Refunds: A written notice of cancellation via email 2 weeks prior to your stay is required. If less than 2 weeks, payment is forfeited.
Early Departures: There are no refunds for early departure for any reason, including weather conditions.
Care: Please treat this cabin with care. Leave the kitchen clean and dishes washed, the other rooms clean and orderly. This helps to keep our prices reasonable.
Security Deposit: An additional security deposit of $300 is required in case of damages. As long as the cabin is left in reasonable shape upon your departure, we will refund the $300 security deposit back to you within a few days from your departure. If it takes our cleaning personnel more than 6 hours to clean up, we will bill their time against your security deposit at a rate of $30 per hour. If anything is broken or missing in the cabin, we will deduct it from your security deposit for the damages.
Littering: We ask that you do not litter. There are designated areas for waste. We also ask that all trash is bagged. Please do not put loose trash in the bins outside.
Care with Fire: Use extreme caution with the fire pit and grill.
Pet Policy: We love pets, however we do have a NO PET POLICY at the cabin.
